Method
Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer or oven to 180°C. Combine the lamb mince, cinnamon,cumin, oregano, fennel seeds, garlic, parsley and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Shape into meatballs, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry until golden brown all over. Transfer the pato the preheated oven or place the meatballs into the air fryer to cook through for 6-8 minutes.
Step 3
Spread the Odysea Ajvar onto plates, layer on the cooked meatballs and finish with the crumbled feta and chopped pistachios.
