Two Minute Breakfast Smoothie recipe by Cherrypick

Whizz up a low fat breakfast smoothie in no time. Use banana with other soft fruit, plus honey for a little sweetness and oats for slow-release fuel

Method

Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Put all the bananas, porridge oats, honey, vanilla, milk and strawberries into a blender and whizz for 1 min until smooth.

Step 2

Pour the banana oat smoothie into two glasses to serve.
