A family favourite, guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser. Featuring sumptuous sausages, fluffy mash, warming gravy and fresh peas - and did we mention, all the hard work is done for you?!
Method
Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C/190°C fan. Place the sausages on a large baking tray and cook for 20 minutes, until golden.
Step 2
Heat the mashed potato according to the manufacturers instructions and warm the gravy into a small saucepan set over a medium heat. You can add a splash of Worcestershire sauce if you have some. For the peas, bring a small saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the peas, then bring back to the boil and drain.
Step 3
To serve, divide the mashed potato between the plates, followed by the sausages, peas and gravy.
