Whip up this super speedy weeknight chicken satay stir-fry in minutes! Using Blue Dragon’s tasty satay sauce, a handful of veggies, and some quick-cook rice, it’s the ultimate shortcut to a delicious meal. Perfect for those hectic evenings when dinner needs to be on the table, ASAP!

Method

Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Add the jar of satay paste to the chicken, mix in a bowl or freezer bag and coat the meat evenly.

Step 2

Leave to marinate whilst you prepare the peppers and spring onions.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick frying pan or wok over a medium heat, then add a splash of oil. Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes, or until cooked through. Add your vegetables for about 2-3 minutes

Step 4

Serve with cooked rice and sprinkle over roasted peanuts as a garnish.

  • 50g Peanuts, roughly chopped 1 x Sainsbury's Salted Peanuts 200g
  • 500g Cooked Jasmin Rice 2 x Tilda Microwave Rice Fragrant Jasmine 250g
