We like to mix up our taco nights with these tasty fish tacos! White fish works perfectly with Capsicana Tasty Taco Seasoning Mix, one for the whole gang to enjoy.
Method
Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C Fan.
Step 2
Use kitchen paper to dab excess moisture off the fish, then coat the fillets in the
seasoning mix with a little oil.
Step 3
Loosely wrap the fish in individual foil parcels and place on a baking tray in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes until cooked through and flaky
Step 4
Meanwhile, dry fry the mini tortillas in a hot frying pan or griddle pan for a few seconds on each side until your tortillas start to bubble, and prepare your garnish of sliced red onion, quartered tomato and shredded iceberg lettuce.
Step 5
Once your fish is cooked, remove it from the oven and squeeze over the lime juice. Serve it in the mini tortillas with shredded iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes and a few slices of red onion. To make your meal extra special, try it with a little guacamole and salsa.
