Give yourself a dose of vitamin C in the morning with this vegan green smoothie. Along with kale and avocado, there's a hit of zesty lime and pineapple

Method

Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Put all of the ingredients into a bullet or smoothie maker, add a large splash of water, coconut water or oat milk and blitz. Add more water until you have the desired consistency.

  • 1tbsp Cashew Nuts 1 x Sainsbury's Fairtrade Cashew Nuts 100g
  • 1 Ripe Banana 1 x Sainsbury's Fairtrade Bananas Loose
  • 0.5 Avocado, ripe 1 x By Sainsbury’s Medium Ripe & Ready Avocado
  • 0.5 Lime, juice only 1 x Sainsbury's Limes x1
  • 3cm chunk Ginger 1 x Sainsbury's Ginger 100g
