Method
Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
Using a spiraliser or julienne peeler, make courgetti strips out of the courgettes.
Step 2
Roughly tear the ham. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and dry-fry the ham until crisp for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate with a slotted spoon.
Step 3
Add the sauce to the pan and cook for 1-2 mins, then toss in the courgetti. Cook for 1 min more until warmed through. Divide between bowls, then top with the crispy ham and tear in the basil.
