Capsicana Mexican Style Smoky Chipotle Soft Taco Kit recipe by Capsicana

Level up your taco night in 15 minutes. This all-in-one kit brings the authentic heat of smoky chipotle to your kitchen, featuring soft tortillas and a signature taco crumb topper, served with a quick-fix guac for the ultimate finish.

Method

Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes, turning halfway.

Step 2

Add the Chipotle Sizzle Paste from the meal kit into the pan along with a little water and simmer for a further 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Transfer into a bowl and shred the chicken using two forks.

Step 3

Mash the Guacamole Mix from the meal kit and a fresh avocado together and set aside.

Step 4

Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds in the microwave and then it's time to build your taco!

Step 5

Layer up the shredded chicken, add the guacamole and then sprinkle the Tasty Taco Crumb on top for extra flavour and texture. Squeeze over a little lime before serving.
