This ultimate fajita recipe is based on the dish 'Puerco al horno con salsa de chile ancho y miel'. It's a blend of ancho & chipotle chillies to create a sweet and smoky sizzle paste for you to use at home. We've also included a chipotle chilli salsa mix for you to combine with fresh tomatoes to make a tangy salsa topping.
Method
Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the sliced chicken for 5 minutes.
Step 2
