Apple, Walnuts and Feta Salad recipe by Cherrypick

Combine apples, mixed leaves and feta to make this versatile salad with lemon, olive oil and honey dressing – you could also sprinkle over some pul biber or crushed chilli flakes, if you like.

Method

Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Toss the apples, walnuts and leaves together and arrange on a platter. Dot with the feta, then scatter over the lemon zest.

Step 2

Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, a generous grinding of freshly ground black pepper and a good pinch of salt. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with some pul biber, if using.
