A simple storecupboard standby supper for the whole family - top your pizza bases with salty seafood and a garnish of rocket and red onion..or anything you like really! The frozen pizza dough in this recipe is a freezer fav of ours at Cherrypick.

Method

Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Defrost the pizza dough an hour before using. If you have a warm airing cupboard or warming drawer, pop the dough in there to speed this up. Heat oven to 240°C/220°C fan/gas 9.

Step 2

Roll out the defrosted pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 20cm in diameter. Or press out the dough with an oiled hand to make thin flat pizzas with a slightly raised crust – they don’t have to be perfectly round.

Step 3

Spread with the tomato sauce mixture, then top with the drained tuna, drained capers, grated mozzarella cheese and black olives. Bake for 10-12 mins. Serve scattered with the sliced red onion and rocket.
