Miso paste provides a rich savoury flavour to this tempting salmon dish, ideal for sharing with friends or a quick, healthy and light evening meal.

Method

Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Place the miso, sesame oil, soy sauce, chopped ginger and spring onions in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Place the salmon and broccoli in a heatproof dish that fits in the air fryer and pour over the sauce over and chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes, but ideally several hours. If cooking your rice from scratch, do this now.

Step 3

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Cook the salmon and broccoli in the air fryer for 10–12 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through (if you have a meat thermometer, the internal temperature of the fish should be 50°C/122°F).

Step 4

Serve immediately with a scattering of parsley leaves, and cooked rice(that you cooked in step 2 or heated according to the pack instructions), with lime wedges on the side.
