Easy Air Fryer Cheese and Ham Hock Gnocchi

This creamy air-fryer gnocchi bake is a one-pot wonder made with potato gnocchi and classic cheese and ham. With a few staple storecupboard ingredients, you can have this dish from your air-fryer to the table in just 15 minutes

Method

Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Heat the air-fryer to 170C. Beat together the soft cheese and mustard, then gradually add the milk until smooth. Season then stir in the gnocchi, ham hock, spring onions and most of the cheese.

Step 2

Transfer to a baking dish. Scatter over the remaining cheese and grind over some black pepper.

Step 3

Air-fry for 5 mins until golden then cover with foil and cook for a further 5-6 mins until bubbling. Serve warm with salad, if you like.

  • 100g Soft Cream Cheese 1 x Sainsbury's White Soft Cheese 300g
  • 75 ml Whole Milk 1 x Sainsbury's British Whole Milk 568ml (1 pint)
  • 500 g Fresh Gnocchi 1 x Sainsbury's Fresh Gnocchi 500g
  • 60 g Mature Cheddar, or mozzarella, grated 1 x Sainsbury's British Mature Grated Cheddar Cheese 250g
  • 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard 1 x Sainsbury's Wholegrain Mustard 180g
  • 100 g Ham Hock, shredded 1 x Sainsbury's British Shredded Ham Hock 110g
  • 60 g Spring Onions, thinly sliced 1 x Sainsbury's Spring Onions Bunch 100g
  • 100g Green Salad, to serve 1 x Sainsbury's Butterhead Salad 90g
