Want to make chicken fajitas even easier? Make them in the air-fryer! Lay out the chicken, avocado and lettuce on the table so everyone can create their own customised fajita wraps.
Method
Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
Heat the air-fryer to 190°C. Halve the chicken breasts horizontally (if you have received whole breasts), then cut them into 1cm-wide strips. Place in a large bowl with the peppers and onion, drizzle over the oil and toss well together. Sprinkle over the fajita seasoning and oregano and mix until evenly coated.
Step 2
Transfer to the air-fryer basket and cook for 15 mins, stirring once or twice until tender and cooked through.
Step 3
Warm the tortilla wraps in a dry frying pan or microwave. Serve with the chicken and peppers, lettuce, soured cream, avocado and coriander in bowls, for customisable wraps, with lime wedges for squeezing over.
