ight and punchy with a hit of citrus, these Sweet Chilli Tempeh Wraps are the ultimate "Quick Add" lunch solution, combining caramelised plant-based protein with a zesty yoghurt-chilli sauce for a fresh, protein-packed meal that’s ready in under 10 minutes.
Method
Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
Mix the sweet chilli sauce, yoghurt and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
Step 2
If you have an Air fryer, preheat it to 200°C. Add the Tiba Sweet Chilli Tempeh Pieces in a single layer. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway, until heated through and slightly caramelised on the edges. Alternatively, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the tempeh and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until hot and glossy. (You can also use the tempeh stright from the pack and serve cold).
Step 3
Warm the tortilla wraps so they are soft and flexible. Spread a generous layer of the yoghurt sweet chilli sauce over each wrap. Add shredded lettuce and cucumber. Top with the tempeh and drizzle over a little more sauce. Fold the bottom up, tuck in the sides and roll tightly. Enjoy!
