Method

Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium heat.

Step 2

Add the torn Tiba Tempeh Original Block first and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until it takes on some colour and firms up slightly.

Step 3

Add the sliced onion and cook for a few minutes until soft, then stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 4

Pour in the jar of korma sauce and stir to coat everything. Add the peas and let it simmer gently for 8 to 10 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened.

Step 5

Serve with rice or naan and finish with fresh coriander.

  • 1 Onion, finely sliced 1 x Sainsbury's Onions Loose
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced 1 x Sainsbury's Large Garlic
  • 450g Korma Curry Sauce 1 x Patak's Korma Curry Sauce 450g
  • 15g Fresh Coriander, to serve 1 x Sainsbury's Fresh Packed Bunch Coriander 30g
  • 440g Cooked Basmati Rice 2 x Ben's Original Classic Basmati Microwave Rice 220g
