Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and add the spaghetti. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile heat the oil in a large frying pan and, over a medium heat, add the tuna, garlic and capers. Break the tuna down into smaller pieces and fry everything until aromatic, then add the lemon juice and zest.
Once the spaghetti is cooked add it to the pan along with a couple of spoonfuls of pasta water, to emulsify. Season to taste with salt and black pepper and finish with the fresh parsley. Toss together with tongs and split between four bowls.
