These little beef patty kebabs are a tasty update to a normal takeaway - easy and fun to make! Stuff a few into a pita with some salad and a spoon of yogurt - Yum. Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.
Place the beef mince in a bowl along with the doner kebab mix. Using clean hands, scrunch together the beef until the seasoning mix is fully incorporated.
Split the beef mix into 12 balls and pat down to form mini patties.
Shred the lettuce and set aside.
Place a large frying pan over a medium/high heat and add the oil. Add the patties and cook on each side for about 3-5 minutes, until golden, caramelised and just cooked through.
To assemble the pitta slice the side open carefully and add a bed of lettuce. Finish with three beef patties each and a dollop of yoghurt. Serve 1 and a half pittas per person.
