Method
Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large, deep frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breasts and sliced peppers. Fry for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is sealed and golden on all sides and the peppers have started to soften.
Step 2
Pour the Tikka Masala sauce over the chicken and peppers. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes. Ensure the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling and fragrant.
Step 3
While the curry simmers, heat your cooked Basmati rice according to the pack instructions (usually 2 minutes in the microwave or a quick stir-fry in a pan). Warm your naan breads under a grill or in a toaster until soft and slightly charred.
Step 4
Divide the fluffy rice amongst bowls, top with a generous portion of the Tikka Masala, and scatter over the sliced red chillies (if using). Serve the warm naan on the side, perfect for scooping up the creamy tomato sauce.
