Method
Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
Prepare the chicken by cutting into 1 inch pieces and coating with the ground spice mix from the Butter Chicken Curry Kit. Heat 1tbsp oil in a frying pan, add the chicken and fry until sealed.
Step 2
Add the spice paste and 50ml of water (if cooking for 2). Cook for 3 mins to release the flavour.
Step 3
Stir in the sauce from the butter chicken meal kit and green peas (if using) and simmer for 15 mins or until the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy with fluffy rice, Patak's peshwari naan and aubergine or lime pickle.
