Making your own turmeric latte is easy with our recipe. Whizz together and benefit from the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects from the curcumin.

Method

Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Put the almond milk, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, vanilla, maple syrup and a little black pepper (if using) in a saucepan and whisk constantly over a gentle heat, ideally with a milk frother if you have one. Once hot, pour into mugs and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon to serve.

  • 350ml Almond Milk, or any milk of your choice 1 x Sainsbury's Unsweetened Long Life Almond Drink 1L
  • 0.25tsp Ground Ginger 1 x Sainsbury's Ground Ginger 38g
  • 0.25tsp Ground Cinnamon 1 x Sainsbury's Ground Cinnamon 38g
  • Grind Of Black Pepper, to taste 1 x Sainsbury's Black Peppercorn Grinder 50g
  • 0.25tsp Ground Turmeric 1 x Sainsbury's Ground Turmeric 120g
  • 0.5tsp Vanilla Extract 1 x Sainsbury's Vanilla Flavour 60ml
