Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Try this filling breakfast recipe based on the favourite Italian dessert – the perfect match for your morning coffee. Easy to prep ahead, you can store these in the fridge for up to four days

Method

Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Mix the oats, milk, ground almonds, chia seeds and espresso together in a large bowl and divide between four small ramekins or bowls.

Step 2

Mix the yogurt with raspberries and the honey (if using) in a separate bowl and spoon a layer over the oats.

Step 3

Sprinkle with cacao powder and leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Will keep chilled for up to four days.

  • 4 shots Espresso, or any strong coffee 1 x Sainsbury's Fairtrade Italian Espresso Coffee, Strength 5 227g
  • 320g Raspberries 2 x Sainsbury's Raspberries 150g
  • 40g Ground Almonds 1 x Sainsbury's Ground Almonds 200g
  • 25g Cocoa Powder 1 x Green & Black's Organic Cocoa Powder 125g
  • 160g Porridge Oats 1 x Sainsbury's Scottish Porridge Oats 1kg
  • 2 tbsp Honey, (optional) 1 x Stamford Street Co. Clear Honey 340g
