Pizza Flatbreads

Try our easy pizza flatbreads for a fun weeknight supper that everyone will love making! We’ve suggested tasty toppings but feel free to swap for your family favourites.

Method

Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 240°C/220°C fan.

Step 2

To build the pizzas you will need two baking sheets or upturned baking trays. Place two flatbreads on each tray, add 2 tbsp tomato sauce to each flatbread and smooth out, leaving a small border around the outside.

Step 3

Gather the mozzarella, antipasti, sliced mushrooms, sliced pepper and grated cheddar and build the pizzas using your favourite toppings.

Step 4

Cook for 7-8 minutes, until caramelised and bubbling. You might need to swap the trays around for the final minute so that the pizzas on the bottom shelf can brown.

Step 5

Whilst the pizzas are cooking, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt, then toss through the baby leaf salad.

Step 6

Serve the pizza flatbread with the salad and enjoy!
