Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat, then add the beef and fry for 5 minutes until lightly cooked.
Step 2
Stir: Add the Capsicana Chilli Con Carne Paste and Dried Chipotle Chilli Flakes to the pan with 4 tbsp water and mix well to coat the beef.
Step 3
Simmer: Pour the Capsicana Mexican Style Tomato Sauce and kidney beans into the pan, then cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes until the beef is cooked through. Serve with fluffy rice and enjoy! Add a spoonful of soured cream or serve with nachos as an alternative to rice!
