Method
Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
Add the jar of satay paste to the chicken, mix in a bowl or freezer bag and coat the meat evenly.
Step 2
Leave to marinate whilst you prepare the peppers and spring onions.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick frying pan or wok over a medium heat, then add a splash of oil. Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes, or until cooked through. Add your vegetables for about 2-3 minutes

Serve with cooked rice and sprinkle over roasted peanuts as a garnish.
