Method
Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.
Step 1
In a food processor or Nutri bullet add the whole can of chickpeas (including the water) whole garlic, the jar of Al’Fez Tahini, half the olive oil, the juice from the freshly squeezed lemon and salt.
Step 2
Blitz until silky smooth, adding more olive oil if needed to achieve a smoother consistency.
Step 3
Plate the hummus with a drizzle of olive oil on top. Cut up Al’Fez Za’atar flatbread into small triangles and plate alongside the Hummus for the ‘Perfect Dip’.
