Blueberry Baked Oats

by BBC Good Food

Swap your regular porridge for a healthy baked version, packed with oats, juicy blueberries and crunchy almonds. It's a warming breakfast for cold mornings. We recommend making the full recipe to serve 4-6 and saving some for the next day.

Method

Based on 6 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Mix together the almond milk, porridge oats, mashed banana, almond butter, baking powder, egg, blueberries and whole almonds in a large bowl.

Step 2

Tip the mixture into a 2-litre ovenproof dish, then bake for 30-35 mins until piping hot in the middle. Serve warm with a little milk or yoghurt, honey and extra blueberries, if you like.
